the BUNGPUNG 4k HDMI matrix switcher 4x2 is a reliable solution allows the connection of 4 HDMI source devices to 2 HDMI displays, and enable the routing of any HDMI source to any HDMI display. It supports video resolution up to 4K@60Hz, compatible with HDMI 2.0 HDCP 2.2 HDR. it supports audio extract from HDMI output to optical digital and analog output. with ARC function digital audio signal can be transmit from the display device connected with HDMI Out A or HDMI Out B to optical port (TOSLINK) output. It supports 3 EDID management modes (AUTO, COPY and STD), provides maximum compatibility for connecting with multiple different displays. it provides simple and flexible switching options via an included IR remote and push buttons.
HDCP 2.2 support ensures there are no issues with a variety of 4K content when connected to source devices including set top boxes, Blu-Ray players and 4K HDR media players. Additional support for High-Dynamic Range ensures video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, superior contrasts and a much wider color gamut, for more lifelike color.

- When it connecting HDMI input and output devices, What is the maximum length of HDMI input and output cables? you can use 3m standard HDMI cable for 4K@60Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4, 10m for 4K@30Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4, 15m for 1080p@60Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4. we recommend to use Premium High Speed HDMI cable.
- What is the maximum input and output resolution supported by this product?Supports video resolution up to 4K@60Hz or 1080P@120Hz with 8bit RGB/YCBCR 4:4:4.
- Can we use the matrix switch work with HDMI video capture card?No. our splitters will not work with HDMI capture cards due to the HDCP encryption on the output.
- What is the function of the STD EDID mode?It will output fixed 1080p@60Hz resolution and LPCM 2CH stereo to all connected display devices.
- What is the function of the COPY EDID mode? the device will copy display device’s EDID information connected to Out A to source device of Out A and Out B. Then the source device of Out A and Out B will send the HDMI signal to Out A and Out B display device according to this EDID information.
- What is the function of the AUTO EDID mode? the device will compare the displays EDID settings connected to HDMI OUT A and HDMI OUT B, then transmit the best EDID information that all displays can support to source device of HDMI OUT A and HDMI OUT B, then these sources will send the HDMI signal to all outputs according to this EDID setting.
- Does it support audio extraction?Yes. It Supports digital and analog audio extraction output from HDMI OUT A or HDMI OUT B port.
- How does the ARC function of this product work? Turn on the ARC button. The blue ARC LED will illuminate. If ARC function is turned on, press AUDIO button to select the ARC audio signal from OUT A or OUT B display device and route to optical output. At this time, the analog L/R port is mute.
- What audio format will I get from analog output? You will get Analog Stereo 2CH from the Analog output.
- What is the audio output signal we can get from this product via optical output? You can get up to LPCM[2.0/2.1]CH, Dolby 5.1, Dolby True HD, Dolby DD+, DTS 5.1, DTS-ES 6, DTS-HDMA 5.1, DTS HD-HRA 5.1.
- How does the 4k→1080P resolution downscale function of this product work? Press the button to select OUT A or OUT B 4k→1080P resolution downscale function, the corresponding blue LED will illuminate. For example, if source is 4K but TV only supports 1080P, at this time the 4k input resolution will downscale to 1080P to TV output.
- does it support Dolby Atmos? Yes, the matrix switch support Dolby Atmos pass-through via HDMI output. However, the optical audio output will only support up to 5.1ch.
- can we use Sonos Beam soundbar work with this product to get ARC audio? The Sonos Beam doesn't have an HDMI input port, it has HDMI ARC port which needs to communicate directly with TV's HDMI ARC port. This device doesn't support HDMI ARC output. You can connect its optical audio output to your Sonos beam.
